Alyssa Alfaro

                          Biologist

Meet Alyssa! She is a 3rd-year Biology major, and aspiring Nurse Practioner, at CSULB. She spends most of her time doing research projects, studying, and helping others. She believes that mental health is very important and should be valued more in society. One day she wants to get rid of the stigma surrounding mental health and association with certain illnesses. While also being a Biology major, she cares deeply about the Earth and wants to maintain a career in the health field while working with non-profit organizations like Friends of the Earth, Organic Seed Alliance, and many more.
